SUPERVISOR TRAINING - 8 HOURS

The supervisors course is governed by art. 37 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree 81/08, corrective to Legislative Decree 106/09, (amended by Law 215/2021) and by the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011.

The Art. 2 of Legislative Decree 81/08 (Consolidated Safety Act) defines the " Manager " as: person who, due to professional skills and within the limits of hierarchical and functional powers, supervises the work activity and guarantees the implementation of the directives received , controlling its correct execution by the workers and exercising a functional power of initiative.

The supervisor course aims to train the staff who hold the role of supervisor in reference to the type of risk indicated and in accordance with the contents provided for by Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 21/12 /2011. The figure of the person in charge is of considerable importance for safety and health at work as he is the closest to the workers and knows all the critical issues in the work activity, he also supervises and checks compliance with the rules by the worker in daily activity .

The training for the person in charge does not replace but is in addition to that provided for workers as reported in point 5 of the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011.
